Right of withdrawal

Your right

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the subscription contract is concluded (the day of your first payment).

To exercise it, tell us by a clear statement, for example an email to stefanrows@gmail.com or a letter to Stefan Rosanitsch, Kriegerdankstr. 14, 96450 Coburg, Germany. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Sending your statement before the 14 days are over is enough.

What happens when you withdraw

We refund everything you paid for the subscription without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you. Your subscription ends; your account and plan stay, readable and exportable, as for any ended subscription.

Starting right away

When you subscribe, PlanGentle is available to you immediately. The law would let us keep a proportionate amount for the days you used it before withdrawing. We do not: a withdrawal within 14 days refunds your payment in full.
