A little structure.
A lot more
breathing room.

  1. 01

    Put it down.

Save a task in Later without filling today. Add it to Today when you’re ready; the details can come afterwards.

A place for the things on your mind
  2. 02

    Make room for today.

Keep fixed commitments in view. Choose a realistic time budget for the flexible things, with space for life to happen.

    Your day. Your capacity.
  3. 03

    Find a small beginning.

Give a task a concrete first action and an optional starting cue. Try a short focus timer when you want one.

Try it. There’s no right amount to get done.

An example day to explore. Your changes here aren’t saved.

Thoughtfully made. Open about why.

Small steps.
Thoughtful foundations.

Our design draws on research into planning and getting started, and practical NHS self-help guidance. That thinking shows up in concrete first actions, optional starting cues, and a plan that you can adjust.

Research informs the design. PlanGentle itself hasn’t been clinically evaluated and isn’t a treatment.

A little more help
Who is PlanGentle for?

Adults whose task list regularly feels overwhelming, including people with ADHD, who want a gentle web planner for one day at a time. It’s a planning tool, not a treatment or a substitute for professional support.

What happens after my free trial?

You get the full product for 14 days, with no card needed. Nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends. Choose a monthly or yearly subscription to keep editing, or keep reading and exporting your existing plan.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. PlanGentle works in your phone’s browser, as well as on a tablet or computer. It’s a web app: native apps, full offline planning, reminders, recurring tasks and calendar sync aren’t included yet. Device drafts can be recovered after reconnecting.

What if I miss a day?

Come back when you’re ready. There’s no streak to keep. Review dates bring deferred tasks back into view when you open the planner, and you can make a smaller plan while keeping your timed commitments in place.

You can begin right where you are.

A new day.
A little more room.
